- Added an event about the Ogulnius Brothers and the Lex Ogulnia law
- Added a pretty long event chain about the Gracchus brothers, both Tiberius and Gaius, and their laws for Lex Sempronia Agraria and the Gracchus Reforms
- Octavian's nickname is now 'Octavianus' instead of 'Caesar'
- His family name is now Julius instead of Octavian
- Added an event for Octavian to be nicknamed Augustus when he is Imperator of the Roman Empire

Fixes
- Fixed some text errors

Modifiers
- The 'Parthian Hordes' and 'Parthian Identity' modifiers now grants Provincial Loyalty in addition to their other modifiers
