Major Update: 12 Apr @ 9:26pm - Historical Characters and the Road to Empire
CARTHAGE
Events
- Hamilcar and Hannibal now no longer spawn when the "Iberian Investments" mission starts and will now only spawn through the old event that has been repurposed with new trigger conditions
- The old event now gives claims on South Eastern Hispania when Hamilcar and Hannibal arrive

GENERIC
Interface
- The score button has been moved to the right of the score number in the top right so it can be pressed again (it couldn't otherwise because of the date/time extension)

ROME
Characters
- Caesar's and Augustus' Zeal have both been increased slightly
- Augustus' Martial has been decreased

Events
- The Marian Reforms event trigger for Rome has been adjusted so that is can occur for Rome after 600 instead of 520 and it also can spawn if Rome is a great power
- Marius is now 44 years old instead of 34 to reflect an extensive military service before he spawns
- Marius and Caesar's family tree will be spawned when the Marian Reform event occurs for Rome
- The Gracchus event chain can now spawn at a certain date or if Rome becomes a Great Power

New Events
- Scipio will now appear in a new event approximately 11 years after Hannibal does
- The Marian Reforms event will now trigger the appearence of Sulla approximately 20 years after it has occurred
- The Sulla event will detail Sulla's march on Rome as well as his reforms and will make Pompey, Crassus and finally Caesar appear
- Added events some flavour surrounding Cicero and the Catiline Conspiracy

Caesar, Pompey, Crassus and Octavian
- The original event to spawn Caesar, Pompey and Crassus (hip_rome.1) no longer spawns them as it has now been repurposed to form the First Triumvirate when all three characters are already alive
- Some flavour events for Caesar, Pompey and Crassus, including Caesar and the Pirates, Pompey's Consulship and Crassus dying in battle
- Added Caesar's march on Rome as a potential event that can happen
- These are events with certain triggers and conditions and may or may not happen depending certain circumstances
- The Civil Wars of the Caesarian era (with conditions to allow for an early win if you gain at least 25% warscore
- Augustus' rise to power following the death of Caesar is now a thing

Inventions
- Rome can no longer take the "Rewrite the Constitution" and following set of inventions regarding becoming a Dictatorship (since the Sulla event begins a series of events that can lead to Empire that way)

Laws
- For Rome, the Marian Law can now only be accessed from the Marius Reforms Event itself
- If Sulla marches on Rome, Rome will be restricted to the Marian Reforms Military Reforms law
- Some revisions to the Roman Maritime Laws about how they can be enacted
- Rome is now restricted to the Cassian Reforms Land Reform until either the Gracchus event chain fires or past a certain date
