Hi, I'd like to make the Simple I:R Timeline Extender mod compatible with the Historical Imperator Pack, both the original and Invictus versions.

Other than the city_self_rule decision in integrated cultural decisions, I don't see a conflict. That decision is not a big part of the timeline extender (it just alters it slightly for the AI).

Any chance you could peek at the files and let me know if anything else would conflict?
