For a second time, the Revelation is much more than just a bunch of numbers and stats. There are actually
a lot of usable features in there, that make the ship feel much more alive and realistic.

The features listed below, are probably the most interesting in this ship, so feel free to read
the stuff that interests you the most.

-------------
Ship Printer
-------------

(!)Please expect an extraordinary amount of lag during the building process(!)
(!)This is normal and should go away once the ship is done(!)

From the beginning of the building process I knew that I wanted to have a lot of fighters and drones
on this ship. That is mostly because these small ships are not the most durable or armed to the
teeth to make a difference in small numbers. (do spaceships have teeth? o_O)

So the first wave of fighters and drones should be massive and overwhelm the enemy. And even if you loose
some craft, it wouldn't make a huge difference in the grand scheme of things.

But what happens, if you do this again, and again, and again? At some point you run out of fighters
or drones and you are forced to stock up on small craft.

This is where the ship printer comes in to save the day. The Revelation now has a printer on board
that can replace the fighters and drones while you are in the field. All you need are enough components
in your cargo hold.

To make the whole situation even better, there are two printers, so you can rebuild even faster.

This lets you hit the enemy with the full force of the Revelation with every attack. No need
to care if you loose 5 or 10 drones, just throw more at the problem.

The two printers can be operated via button panels that are located in the printer room.
The six buttons on the left are for the left printer and the six buttons on the right are for the
right printer.

To operate the printer correctly you need to use the buttons from the inside towards the outside.
The two innermost buttons let you choose if you want to build a fighter or a drone.
The third button to the outside turn the welders on.
Use this button again to turn the welders off, once the ship is finished.
The fourth button turns the grinder on, to separate the new ship from the printer.
The fifth button turns the grinder off. (Don't ask, why I needed two buttons for the grinder)
The sixth button turns the projection off, so you don't have to look at it all the time.

Your ship is now finished and you can hop in and fly away. The Printer is ready for the
next user.

Lifepods
-------------

As it was in the old ship, there are again some escape pods. These are the exact same model
like on the old ship. I just copied them over.
Logically there are 20 seats available in the 10 escape pods the Revelation carries.

There is not much more to say about them. They are not enough to save all the crew, that's true,
but there are a lot of other ships on board, that may save some people, or you just have
to be a damn hero and go down with the ship if worse comes to worst.

-------------
Find-a-Way Stations
-------------

The new Revelation also features your friendly Find-a-Way stations in a couple of places
around the ship. There are small FAW-stations at the side exits, to give you an overview
of the layout of the ship.

There is however a main FAW station below the medical center, where you can see the layout
and placement of the rooms in the ship a little bit easier, aswell as make out a route from where
you are, to where you want to go.

-------------
Tilt Engines
-------------

Hello, yes, erm, the engines, they can be used in two different directions, like in the old ship.
But this time I was able to put even more lifting power into them, so I could make the whole ship
heavier. Interestingly all this thrust does does not take up more space, which helped in using the
old shape of the Revelation.

It is really cool, when you cut the ship in half and see how little space the thrusters take up.
As an added bonus to the thrusters, the unused exhaust ports in the different modes will be
closed off by hangar doors, to give the ship even fewer weakpoints than before.

The tilting engines can be used during flight and must be engaged, when you attempt to land on a planet.

On planets the ship does not have very much thrust in the different directions other than down, so
you will be quite slow, but it is a mobile base anyway and not an attack craft.

The tilting engines allow the Revelation to hover at any altitude on any planet so you can stay out
of reach of your atmo powered opponents if you so wish.

To make the whole system a little more durable, most of the ion engines in the tilting mechanism can
be repaired by welders so you hopfully won't fall out of the sky.

CORE Room
-------------

Due to the amount of timer blocks I needed to make this ship work, I decided to put most of them
on a small grid in a central control room. This is done to save on space and to save on weight,
because 200+ large grid timer blocks would weigh more than I was willing to accept.

This room is located in the front section of the ship and protected to the front by a layer of
blast door blocks. To the sides, up and down it should be protected by the sheer mass of the ship.

You can find most of the timer blocks controlling functions of the ship in this room and the
timers are labelled so you know, which one does what, in case something needs fixing.
I don't expect anyone to take the time out of their lives to understand what I did with all
the timers, but I did the labelling anyway, so I knew what was where and for realism purposes.

-------------
Airlocks
-------------

The airlocks in the new Revelation are a little bit different to the ones in the old ship.
The new airlocks work on a one-button-principle. That means, that you only press one button
to get to where you want.

One button to get from the outside into the airlock.
One button to get from the inside of the airlock into the ship.
One button to get from the inside of the ship into the airlock.
One button to get from the airlock to the outside.

The buttons are always relatively close to the doors so they should be selfexplanatory. You don't
need to do anything else apart from walking through the doors once they open.
The airlock doors will be turned off as long as they are not needed. This is to hinder any
unwanted fiddling with the doors that would break the seal to the vacuum.

I think thats it for the systems.
