Ship Variation Expansion [7.5 updated]
Bug: L destroyer not firing
Hey,

I have been encountering a weird bug where my Fenrir Destroyer (piloted by an AI pilot) would not move, turn or fire at all or have turrets move at all.

The issue is strictly limited to SVE ships because
- I hijacked a "working" SVE L Ship (Razorbill) from another faction (as it was shooting ship I was targeting): the instant it got into my faction, assigned with the order to fire at the enemy ship, the Razorbill stopped moving/firing exactly like the Fenrir.
- I gave myself a vanilla L ship (Syn), which behaved normally when prompted to attack

Setting the turrets to any of the following modes (defend, attack all enemies, attack my current enemy), or disarming/rearming them made no difference.

I should add that I am seeing quite a lot of the following errors being printed, but I would assume it has nothing to do with the issue I am having:

EDIT: I confirmed the mining errors are unrelated: I destroyed the Fenrir, and the "mining without drones" errors keep being printed

Seems like a conflict with another mod, I assume Kuertees AI tweaks. There were issues in the past which have since been fixed, so in case you are running an older version of my mod you want to update.
If that is not the case I suggest turning all other mods aside from SVE off and testing again, if it works in that case start enabling mods until you reach the one breaking it.

Knowing which mods are incompatible would be helpful, although even then I'm not sure if I would look at anything before 6.0 releases as that in itself will require quite a few changes/updates as well.

Turning Kuertees AI tweaks off made no difference.

I am using quite a few mods, but nothing strikes me as possibly messing with AI behaviour for combat.

For reference, I am using
- Better Kill Credit (v1.32)
- Better Target Monitor (v2.01)
- Better Piracy (13.00)
- Capital Ship Magnet (v1.07) => tried disabling
- Faction Enhancer: Catchup (v5.44), Econ AI (v5.44), Econ Balance (v5.44), War (v5.44)
- Formations Unlock (v0.10)
- Go Home Drone (v0.12)
- HJ - CopyBehavior (v1.01)
- Improved mining operations (1.18)
- KUDA AI tweaks (v6.00) => tried disabling
- Kinetic Weapons VRO version (0.10) => tried disabling
- No Claim Damage
- NoSuperHighway (v1.00)
- Realistic Flak effects VRO (v5.10)
- Ship Variation Expansion (v2.82)
- Ship Variation Expansion VRO (v4.93)
- Subsystem Targeting Orders (v3.51) => tried disabling
- Urgent Orders (v1.21) => tried disabling

Okay in this case all I can say is do the testing as I mentioned earlier. Its not a bug I encountered nor anyone else ever reported, so I have no idea what may be causing it.
Try replicating it with only SVE running, if you cant and it works fine with just SVE then its 100% a mod conflict.
If its broken with just SVE then I'm unsure myself, maybe check the game integrity then. SVE itself makes no changes to AI logic or anything alike and ships themselves also are not infulencing these actions.

I should also note that it may be 6.0 related in case you are running that version.

Quick update:

- I left all mods enabled.
- Using the mod "Cheat Menu" (v1.48), I gave myself another Fenrir. It is fully functional and behaves as expected.

So in the end, I have no clue what caused the AI to be dysfunctional on the first one.

Okay interesting. I've had the same issue whenever I claimed one of the spawned ships using the cheatmenu, but not when boarding it the normal way. I'll keep that in mind and see if I can find a fix for it.

That is what exactly what happened.

I was getting attacked by xenons and did not having any extra crew on the ship I was piloting, so out of laziness and to save time I did claim it through the cheatmenu
