Advent weapon loot drops rework (Christmas Day 2020)
Merry Christmas! I put nerfs in your stocking!

- Instead of dropping directly as they do now, the Advent weapons will now drop in loot crates in the same manner as the weapons themselves did (separate roll group in the same table as weapon attachments, with a 25% overall chance).

- When you get a loot crate drop, it can be a basic, Enhanced, or Master-Crafted crate depending on whether it originated from an Early, Mid, or Late table. As you get later into the campaign, the higher tiers will be seen more often.

- Each crate has a 10% chance of being "exotic", which will give you an equal chance of an Advent Enforcer Rifle (bullpup), Advent Breaker Rifle (vektor) or Advent Persuader Pistol (autopistol) of the appropriate tier. The remaining 90% are "standard" crates and have an equal chance of dropping an Advent Acid Blob Launcher, Advent SMG, Advent Shotgun, Advent Inducer Carbine, Advent Scout Rifle, or Advent Smartgun of the appropriate tier.

- In order to actually open the crates, you need to have the Proving Grounds built, as well as enough Engineers and Scientists in addition to some time. Basic crates require 2 Engineers and 2 Scientists, and take 2 days to open. They also require 5 Supplies and 1 Alien Alloy. Enhanced crates require 5 Engineers and 5 Scientists, and take 5 days to open. They also require 15 Supplies, 2 Alien Alloys and 1 Elerium Dust. Master-Crafted crates require 8 Engineers and 8 Scientists, and take 8 days to open. They also require 15 Supplies, 2 Alien Alloys, 1 Elerium Dust and 1 Elerium Core. The opening times are based on an unstaffed Proving Grounds. I opted for staff requirements rather than research ones because rushing weapon techs doesn't need to be reinforced any harder than it already is, being the dominant meta strategy and all. Reminder: in terms of power, the basic Advent weapons are the equivalent of Laser tier, the Enhanced fall between Magnetic and Coil tier, and the Master-Crafted are the equivalent of Beam tier. Keep that in mind with your own balance tweaks.

- You CAN sell the crates rather than opening them, but due to how difficult they are to open in the first place, they're not worth much in the Black Market unopened (only 5/10/15 supplies depending on tier). If you open the crate and decide you don't need that particular weapon, the weapon will sell for more than the crate itself would. Keep in mind you're only getting Supplies from the sale, not the Alloy, Dust or Core (as applicable) that went into opening the crate.

- See XComLootCrates.ini if you want to mess with the Engineer or Scientist requirements for each unlock tech, as well as the time it takes to complete them. If you employ WSR, you can mess with more things, like the sell value of the crates, or adding research requirements to them.

- Resource costs for opening crates can be changed in XComLootCrates.ini in the Config folder.

The crates aren't showing up in the proving ground for me.
