Instead of scheme_power you should put scheme_power_mult since the first one doesn't seem to work
The manager trait adds a lot of development that overrides the max development from the technologies so it makes them very hard to convert when you convert to another fate or change your culture, adding a faith conversion multiplier and culture conversion multiplier would help a lot !
It would be nice if the commander trait would add more men at arms regiment / size but I doubt it's possible with traits
Lower the monthly_lifestyle_xp_gain_mult since you gain so much of them you're always over the max amount of perk obtainable
Thanks for making this mod it's really fun to use and to pick only the trait you want !
Edit : Adding a trait to remove the xp gain would also be extremely helpful I made a mod myself for it but it's nowhere near the quality of yours ( I used monthly_lifestyle_xp_gain_mult = -10000.0 but there is probably a better way to do it )
