1. -gives movement speed boost (that can be paired with the mele)

2. - provides damage resistant buff (that can be stacked with things such as medic resistant Uber)

3. - momentarily increases Heavy's firing speed (primary, secondary, and mele)

1. minicrits airborn targets

2. mini crits Wet/In Water Targets

3. Auto targets rockets and stickies


The downside:
-25% max primary ammo
+ 10% weapon spread
+10% weakness to bullets
