Where did you get the idea?
I mean, if you made this idea on your own, cool, but I remember posting an idea on the Iron Gauntlet Facepunch forms, of this idea, and if you got insperation from that, seriously, I thought of that idea, and thats fine to make that idea into a weapon, I am not going to sue you, but if you did make this out of the idea I posted, would you kindly state that I started this idea? Please?

The poster could have got it from Metal Gear Solid. Thats the first thing that comes to mind when I see it.

I think he got inspiration from the metal slug series. one of the enemy soldiers uses a minigun with a large backpack, almost identical

You guys, it's based off of the M61 Vulcan (a real life rotary cannon). It's right there in the name... M61 Vulcan.
