How about:
+10% Health
+25% Damage bonus
+30% Ammo capacity
Blocks backstabs
-5% Damage vulnerability
-30% Slower spin up time
-30% Movement speed
-Blocks healing from Dispensers while deployed.
4 ammo consumed per second while deployed

Yeahhh, ok, how about it blocks 3 backstab attemps, and can't be reset by supply lockers?

Even if it does stray from the usual TF2 look a little, It could block a single backstab or even a two back stabs, then the gun would essentially break or take a severe drop in ammunition (dropping the ammo cap). This would cause you to either be near ammo to get ammunition or run to the re-supply locker to replace the back portion and readjust the ammo cap.

Possibly, I was thinking of something like that, but decided to scrap the idea :L Still good though!
