The problem...
The gun is too realistic, by that, I mean it's not... TF2-y enough. You might argue that the sniper rifle is too realistic, but there isn't really an alternative design.

(EDIT) IT'S GOOD! Now to discuss other stuff

it also doesnt have a creative name its like a real weapon name

It needs some quirk, like every TF2 item. A creative name would really help

M61 Vulcan IS a real name
But using that particular real gatling gun's name might be a reference to Vulcan Raven from Metal Gear Solid, who used a similar gatling (most notably the ammo drum backpack thing)

I think it would be cool for a change of pace, add a couple of weapons that are more realistic looking would add a little bit of variety :D
