Creating Custom Projects for Musashi's Augmentations
Copy paste this in XComPGOverhaulTechs.ini

this makes it so that the projects are non repeatable, after researching them once in the proving ground, they'll be buildable in the engineering under the Armor tab
and then copy paste this in XComWeaponSkinReplacer.ini

I dont know if you are still active but for some reason if i do it excatly how you describe
they never show up in the engineering tab :/
