The goal here is to make it a late game option. So you can only do it after researching the first Tactical Nuke thing from his mod. The project requires a sectopod corpse (though I am considering increasing that to more than 1...maybe 3?) and 5 days/50 Supplies.

I really open to the idea of how balanced this is, relatively speaking. Should it take longer? Should it cost more supplies? Should it cost Elirium or Alloys? I've never played with the mod, but this just looked like a fun thing to try.
