fertility and mortality un-tweak?
ive read the 4.0 had tweak the fertility (from 50 to 40 from what i saw ingame) and the mortality was higher. is there any file tahat i can edit to lower it into normal? thanks and love your work!

It's the changes in the /defines folder you want. I may tweak this in future.
