The utility room is at the end of the corridor with the RIP ALICE graffiti. The key is somewhere near room 104, carefully hidden...

When you exit the otherworld lobby to the staircase, you will hear a whisper. Return to the lobby.

Epitaphs
Read all the notes
There are 9 notes in total, including one in the utility room.
  • On the intendants desk.
  • In room 104 on the bed.
  • In the utility room.
  • To the left of the first room of room 302.
  • On the kitchen table in room 302.
  • On the wall in the otherworld 302's balcony.
  • On the rooftop near the bed.
  • On the gurney in the second otherworld lobby.
  • On a table in the refurnished apartment.

Dimensional Duplicates
Found the teddy bear copies
There are 3 teddy bears in different versions of 302's bedroom.
  • The dilapidated 302, next to the crib.
  • At the top of the staircase to the roof, next to the crib.
  • In the bedroom section of the chase corridors, next to the crib. You will have to grab this one while running.

I know this is too comically late to help Zhidky but for those still coming across this map and have FOMO don't get distracted by the bricks or faint graffiti, the real hint is graffiti at ground level and tells you an object to bring over.
Really good map if the creator is reading this.
