Healing Items Cooldown
Hello, is there a chance to have a .ini settings for reducing healing items CD?
like set 1 min cd instead of 2 mins.

Sorry for the delay, apparently notifications weren't going off for comments.

Admittedly I had attempted to get configuration to work for that, but I ran into quite a few crashes and disabled them. If I can find a way to get them to work, I might be able to add some in for cooldowns.
