So i found a rather interesting issue creating an overthrow campaign. It turns out civilians (players that arent wanted) within the Overthrow mod arent allowed to do certain things involving IMS and the Two Primaries mod. It appears to be entirely on the Overthrow mod compatibility wise, so for anyone trying to do anything overthrow related with webknight mods, just a heads up that they arent fully compatible.
