Moving fills the Driveby Bar. When moving the bar goes up by 1 point per second, and when not it goes down by 2 per second. When the bar is at 5 points, guarenteed minicrits. At 10, guarenteed crits. At 30 (After 20 points then not moving takes away 5 points per second and you become 25% less accurate and take 25% more damage.) guranteed megacrits (Which do 5 times the normal damage.) The bar cannot go above 25 points.
While Holding, +50% move speed.
Cons:
No random minicrits
25% less acurate
20% damage vunrability.
It's so you can make a quick escape, and have a good chance of taking out the enemy at the same time, and if the enemy takes too long to kill you then they are screwed over by your guarenteed crits. But if you DONT run then the damage vunrability screws YOU over.
I dont play sniper often so this is probaly either OP or UP. Please tell me if it is.
