I don't get the weapon's switch speed penalty.It's a tiny weapon.

hmmm.... health won't be a worry and a crit boost would not really matter that much since thats not really a relient for the sniper's smg.

Pros:

Moving fills the Driveby Bar. When moving the bar goes up by 1 point per second, and when not it goes down by 2 per second. When the bar is at 5 points, guarenteed minicrits. At 10, guarenteed crits. At 30 (After 20 points then not moving takes away 5 points per second and you become 25% less accurate and take 25% more damage.) guranteed megacrits (Which do 5 times the normal damage.) The bar cannot go above 25 points.
While Holding, +50% move speed.

Cons:

No random minicrits
25% less acurate
20% damage vunrability.


It's so you can make a quick escape, and have a good chance of taking out the enemy at the same time, and if the enemy takes too long to kill you then they are screwed over by your guarenteed crits. But if you DONT run then the damage vunrability screws YOU over.

I dont play sniper often so this is probaly either OP or UP. Please tell me if it is.

Mode: Aggressive (Scout Only Mode) (Replaces Primary)
+22% Damage Increase
+10% Magizine and Reserve Ammunition Increase
+30 Reload Time (0.5 to 2 seconds)
-If Hit with Charge and Targe, Persian, Crit Rockets, Crit Pills, You have a 50% Chance of being Stunned
-When Stunned, Critical Hits are dealt on you

Mode: Defender (Not Really Recommended for Scouts)
+40% Damage Increase
+Deadeye Accuracy
+50% Reserve Ammunition
-Goes Into Semi-Automatic Mode
-30% Magazine Size Decrease
-Not Fully Spammable (But to a point were its effective)

Effects in Class Specific Modes:
When Equiped with Sniper: When In Secondary Slot, Gives 20% Charge Time, and Headshots deal 20% More Damage (Gives Sydney Ability to headshot), Good for Sydney Sleeper
When Equiped on Scout: 30% Increased Speed, 10% Higher Chance to Gain Critical Hits
When Equiped on Pyro, Ignites Enemies from a distance, -50 Ammo Reserve and Less damage with Flame Bullets
When Equiped on Engineer: +50% Reserve Ammunition and Uber and Cloak is Tooken away when hit with any bullet of this weapon

Mode: Support (Engineer Mode Only) (Replaces Primary Exept different model)
-10% Damage
+Uber Crippler and Cloak Drainer: Each Bullet that hits drains Uber or Cloak energy
+70% Damage to Disguised and or Faked Death Spies or Cloaked Spies
+50% Reserve Ammunition
:spycon: Are going to be BABIES

Mode: Arsonist (Pyro)
+10% Bullet Impact Damage
+Fire Damage (Lasts for about 3 seconds)
-50% Magazine size
-10% Reserve Ammunition size
