Thats sounds like some decent stats maybe instead of faster drain make it shocks people people in a radius but it doesnt do much damage maybe 5-10 damage per second

- 10% building health drain speed for every building sapped. (The more buildings you sap the more the blades deteriorate until they become usless. Then they must be replaced at a resupply locker)
