The Heavy Sleeper trait can be bypassed by forcing a pawn to do any task and then drafting him, which makes the trait redundant. The trait can also be bypassed by attempting to uninstall the bed.
Second issue I've found is that a pawn can't be drafted when he's "resting" (going to bed), instead of when he's actually sleeping.
