thick skinned.
How this thick skinned trait works? It makes bleed out time double or what? from 1hours to 2hours from death?

Reducing bleed rate (which I presume is what Soap meant) by half would double the time until the pawn bleeds to death. So your original timeframe, 1 hour -> 2 hours, would be accurate.
