How do you get the inital town event for recruitment? Or is it RNG?

She should show up after 3 weeks as usual, also it's not a bug. You have to get through the other town event recruitments.

This resolved it, thank you. Also the beyond time and space attack gives her 36 stress right now, rather than 6, even without any stress modifiers.

Her beyond time and space attack stress her out if there's more enemies alive but I'll reduce it a bit.

With further testing, once she is afflicted, it only gives me 6 now.

Okay I'll change it in the localization

I think the mod seems really interesting, however whenever I have the mod active, it just crashes my game. I am quite sure that the reason is a mod conflict, but I don't know which one might be causing it.

Did you enable color of madness dlc in your save? Also I don't think it's a bug, it's just you didn't have Color of Madness enabled in the save, also I'll try to make a fx for her so the assert fail won't show up but the spice for her camp skill still requires color of madness to be enabled.

ok as it turns out i found the problem was that i didn't even have color of madness installed. turns out i also have DD on playstation 4 and bought the CoM DLC for that game and not the one on steam and that is why i cannot use her. if you feel like deleteing this confusing mess that i have posted please feel free because i am an idiot trying to find a solution to a problem that wasn't there. lmfao. i apologize for wasting your time. best wishes and good luck
