Stats and effects
I think the 4th of July states should be
20% firing and missile speed
-10% damage
Crits will have fireworks on kill
also this weapon should have a taunts kill as well with fireworks effects on death.
PS - should have the pyro's Detonators sound effects.

the taunt should be solly setting it on the ground and lighting the fuse near the front, then fireworks are fired up and rain down

thats boring, it should burst into smaller fireworks on impact, the rocket itsselt does 50% of its regular damage, then the 5 fireworks do 10% of the rockets damage, so its like a crowd control weapon

Here is the typical :v

On Hit : Burn enemy for 3 seconds
On crit : Will fire firework that added 50% Blast Radius and 20% Projectile Speed
On Hit Self : Will burn out on fire and +30% Moving Speed
+35% Burn Damage
-20% Damage Done
-10 Faster move speed when active

Stat Ideas:
-Fires out fireworks instead of rockets
-You can hold down m1 to shorten the duration of how long the firework stays
-Firework explosions are more similar to real life explosions

Negatives
-20% damage penalty
-Fireworks automatically explode after 3 seconds
-35% afterburn duration
-Fireworks that explode on the timer deal only 50% damage

Positives
+30% projectile speed
+40% afterburn damage bonus
+Fireworks that explode on the timer send out burning debris that when touched, will set enemy players on fire
+25% explosion radius
