What's going on with the map? Wiki says #000000 is for impassable areas but here it's used for some areas on the coast not filled in with provinces, and Aral Sea for some reason?? And actual impassable areas are #323232?
I tried to boot the game up with just this mod to check and it crashes on startup.
The river map's coastlines also don't align with the province map at all. But it seems to be the "true" and consistent coastline, while the province map one is wrong.
