Artillery is accurate, takes a long time to fire, and is slow. Makes sense.

Seems legit but might need one more thing to seem more appealing than the Brass beast and natasha since the update made it so they take less damage while spin up. Just my oppinon

The only problem I see there is the movement speed downside. Pretty much makes him slower than a spun-up Brass Beast Heavy when spun-up. Make 7% slower speed, so it's 70% and not 47%.

Yeah it needs 2 down sides because it has 4 upsides.

-50% fire speed
-50% ammo cap
