I absolutly love this mod, but when I played as Norway I found lots of errors with the policies:
Norway has no foregin debt, it has 10 000 bn NOK in the souviregn welth fond
sales tax is 25%, not 13%
Petrol tax is 27% + an aditional special tax of 51%, not 6%
Tobacco tax is 51% not 15%
Property tax is 25% not 29%
Inheretance tax is 10% not 32%
There is no recreational drug tax, drugs are ilegal
Income tax is 22% not 50 %
Alcohol tax is like 200% not 41%
etc...
there are are only anti-terror armed police in norway, not evry police officer
Gambling is ilegal
labor laws should be higher
Recyling should be maxed out
maternity leave should be maxed out
no free school meals
executive term limit is 4, not 5
There is five million people, not 37 million people..

These were just some things i found while playing, love the mod! keep up the good work!

Hey, love your mod, but I noticed some errors and missing things for Russia.
Disclaimer: of course, some thing better leave "as is" for balancing purposes and this list is only intended as a suggestion.
Also, I am fairly certain I missed some things (especially taxes) and misjudge others, as I live in Moscow and, well, it is the capital. Even though I've travelled for a bit, my perception still might be warped.
1) Too much capitalists and almost no socialists. Imo, it should be ~40%C/60%S, as healthcare, education and infrastracture are almost exclusively state-funded and most people don't have enough money or reasons to go to private sector.
2) There should be a little less motorists than commuters, as around 40-50% of population doesn't have a car.
Not on start, but exists IRL:
3) Bus lanes. They exist in 4 big cities: Moscow, Kazan, Saint Petersburg and Belgorod.
4) Free bus passes. Widespread usage, usually used by retirees, schoolkids and students.
5) State-owned airline - Aeroflot is jointly owned by the government and some private owners.
6) State Rail Company - RZhD, fully state-owned and the biggest (or one of the biggest) railway companies in Russia.
7) Toll roads - already in use, usually mirror the main roads.
8) Compulsory foreign language classes. Usually 2-3 times a week, recently some common schools adapted 2 different foreign language.
9) Public libraries - wildly used, not a long time ago a library renovation programm started in some big cities.
10) State water company - biggest and usually the only water supplier.
11) Maternity leave - around since ~1917
12) State Energy, State Telecome.
13) Alcohol and Tobacco awareness programm - part of one big anti-vice program since 2008.
14) Childcare provision, kinda. It is a one-time payment during half a year since the birth of a child. There are also some subsidies for large families (>=3 children), usually in form of free public transport, small subsidies or food/sweets.
15) Diplomatic service.
Exist on start, but not IRL.
Law and Order.
16) Alcohol law 21 years - should be 18.
17) Detention without trial - 30 days. Should be 72 hours or 7 days.
18) Armed police - submachine guns. Should be Every officer armed or Widespread.

21) Community policing should be medium, as there are quite a lot of community police station, especially in major cities.

24) Abortions. On demand up to 12th week of pregnancy, special circumstances at later stages. I would suggest changing to "2 doctors approval", but I am not sure if it is necessary.

26) Food stamps - no such system exists in Russia.
Transport:

I got to say, the changes in taxes are, not to put too fine a point on it, quite a mess.

First of all, making "everyone" oppose the income tax makes it have 0% popularity, which means it is even less popular than the flat income tax or the religious tax. This means any cuts in the income tax is popular with virtually all voters, which obvious does not accurately reflect their real life popularity, as many left leaning individuals advocate for a higher income tax, and oppose tax cuts (e.g. at one time 56% of Americans disapproved of the Trump tax cuts).

Secondly, it also affects the wealthy's opinion to an extent of making a brain drain ridiculously easy to happen, I start with something like a 5% approval from them. In every game I had to pledge to cut the income tax, and then replace it with the flat income tax.

Lastly, the impacts on the GDP seem unbalanced, the income or corporation taxes feel reasonable (and you can do some nice trickle-down economics with them), but a CO2 tax or a petrol tax probably shouldn't affect the GDP by that much. What really bothers me is that a flat income tax reduces the GDP by the same amount as a normal income tax, this doesn't seem right, I would like to know where your figures come from.

If you have read this, thank you for your time, I hope to see them re-evaluated.

I understand your view point and I will rewrite the income tax override, the whole tax thing is from a D3 mod called Realistic Taxes, and from what I recall it was a very popular mod, and from what you said it does seem off, so I guess D3 dealt with overrides differently or something else made the mod work better.

I think you may have over-corrected the effect of income tax on the GDP, and the brain drain is still rather easy to trigger. Also, for many new countries added by this mod, the deficit seems too big. Your mod still makes the game much more playable, and I appreciate all the effort put into it.

All the effects (overrides) are already a part of the upcoming update, the deficit issue I guess I can try to add it in their too.

Hello there! That's the best brazilian MOD I've found. Thanks for letting me play with my country.

Here's some thoughts:

✅ LAW AND ORDER: 20% accurate
1. Prison Regime in Brasil is no way near "Balanced". Shoud move at Harsh ($90). Prison Overcrowding is the current situation, accurate!
2. Small spy agency, no sizeable.
3. Gambling is allowed at minimum (age limits) (should lower it)
4. Speed cameras is VERY widespread. You can top that. And yes, motorists hate it.
5. You can delete community policing.
6. Raise Prisoner's Tagging to medium, around $15
7. Raise Firearm's Law to Min Age too, that's something we have.
8. Street gangs is... accurate, maybe you should add it.
9. Ghettos is basically every city. It's a must to add.
10. I dont know if we have the Corruption trigger. But, corruption is way, WAY, too low. Please, make it higher, like 70% if possible.
11. Rubber Bullets is regular here. But here's also somethings we have but it's up to you: Wire Tapping ONLY with judge autorization. We have Detetion without trial at a very low bar I guess. You can be arrested and go to jail before your trial.
12. Add prisioner voting. Voting is MANDATORY here, like, everybody.
13. We have gated communities, so you should add them cause, wow, this policy is accurate. I can't access it from the begging, but I'd say around 30%.
14. We have armed police and its lethal. They kill and die a lot.

✅ TRANSPORT: +80% accurate
1. Electric car transition is not something here. Overall, fairly accurate transport area. Good Job!
2. Adjustments: Free bus passes (elder, impaired and students) so I think you should lower it to LOW, Bus roads in bigger cities so better go with a higher low (around $110).
3. High Gas Price. We are around R$ 7/Litre what should be, right now, around $35/L. And also Oil demand is high. We have strikes over it.

✅ WELFARE: 99% accurate.
Just some adjustments
1. ... Even though the 99%, we dont have Winter Fuel Subsidy 😂😂😂
2. I dont know if you can change it, but alcohol consumption is Medium to High.
3. Higher poverty and Lower Equality. Equality around 40%, Poverty around 70%.

5. Gender Equality around 35% and 6. Genital Mutilation bans you can lower at max. Female Only.
7. We have childcare provision :) It's not very high, but it's something. It's really a MUST. Politics orbitates this.

1. We have National Service. We haven't been forced to serve and just some people have to do it. But, every male is a reservist. If we are not at a state of war, we civilians. I CANT see the politics so I would say it's low bar.
2. We have diplomatic service, but I guess nobody has it in the beggining.

✅ ECONOMY: 70%
1. Pollution control is very low... for lack of resources it is. But low. Lower to the minimum or extensive... Lower is better, though.
2. Retirement by is 65 not 66.
3. Lower the minimun wage please, it the very beggining of low, around 33% of the bar. Ours is around 250 dollars a month.
4. Labor day Holiday: May, 1st. Should add it.
5. Maybe Oil Drilling subsidies, since we have Petrobras, Brasil's oil company.
6. We don't have a very good energy eficiency and power blackouts. But I guess it is from Democracy 3 Africa.
7. Should add Technology Backwater.

1. Inheritance tax is 8% max by law, not 23%
2. Sales taxes around 35% because Brasil has one of the highest. This one is hard to mesure, just increase a bit.
