Minor fixes
Hey there! First of all - thanks for the mod - it's really a great mod, allowing for flexibility and creativity in designs.

However I've found some minor bugs in the files:
1. XPAR Reactor Upgrade Heavy is displayed as "XPAR Reactor Upgrade Medium"
2. Construction costs for all Medium and Heavy variants are the same as XPAR Reactor Upgrade Light (one sided)

Please fix asap, thanks! :)
