Report a translation problem
Sans's main character aspect is lazy, so therefore, he cannot fight. maybe his hit/emote animation should be a mii in a sans costume so it fits the character better, as sans would never fight in a fighting game. its too much work for him.
also if he does make it, it would make sense for the creator to be lazy about it and just give him a single move that does barely anything. it would also still fit to the theme of sans.

this is also why they did the sans in super smash bros ultimate. it just would make more sense
