A Few Suggestions(Mostly related to nukes)
Posted here because it's too big for the comments section.

In case you ever update this mod again, I have a few suggestions, mostly in regards to nuclear war. First off, the Leopard 2's turret is off-center for some reason, this is a bug that should be easy to fix. Next off, new UU suggestions. I've seen unit graphics for the Admiral Kuznetsov and Queen Elizabeth-class aircraft carriers floating around the web, so those could probably be added. I've also seen several submarines and the T-72, all of which would make nice additions. Now onto what I came here to originally suggest: a revamping of nuclear missiles. Missiles don't feel that powerful currently in the mod, the range increase is nice but it's not enough. Here are the changes I propose to make nuclear missiles much more powerful than they currently are:

1. Nuclear missiles and atomic bombs should not consume uranium, only require access to it
2. Nuclear missiles can not destroy cities
3. Nuclear plants increase the production speed of nuke missiles and bombs by 100%.
4. Nuclear missiles and submarines are nuke immune
5. The AI is more likely to use nukes
6. Nuclear missiles should destroy 80% of a cities' buildings if they hit
7. Add a new bulding, "ABM System" unlocked with a certain tech. This building has a 75% chance to shoot down a nuclear missile fired at the city in which it is built
8. Add another new building unlocked with a different tech, "Reinforce Buildings", this is essentially a bomb shelter except for buildings, as it will reduce the number of buildings destroyed when a nuke hits your city to 30-40%.

This will hopefully make nukes much more scary as well as make MAD a thing in the mod as it is in our world. Of course these are all just my suggestions and it will be perfectly understandable if you don't decide to add them in.

I like these suggesstions very much, it would make the scenarior much more realistic.
