This mod completely destroys the COA creation system for conquest mode, your normal coa stays the same on the main screen, however when you try to go into conquest mode, it replaces it with a new one, and when you attempt to recreate your old one, it absolutely will not let you, colors do not change correctly, and there seems to be a third layer of coa that I cannot edit

Thanks for your report, I'm looking into it but the ArmsLayout for DOMINANCE TRESSURE_FLORY and WHEATEARS etc. are proprietary mods, so the COA coloring system is not as sophisticated as vanilla one. As you said third layer may be interfering with other tinctures and causing them not to reflected, so I'll be fix it
