I had the same issue, then I noticed that water bottles added by the mod are attachable to the slots. No need of a recipe (I found it at a kitchen counter)

They're attachable but it messes up the hotbar. What am I missing. As soon as the bottle is attached (tier 3), the hotbar disappears.

i only use AuthenticZBackpacks+. So i would have to use the complete AuthenticZ Mod because only the mod-own special waterbottles are attachable to the bottle slots?

I got this issue with my new game. I can't attach flashlights to belts either. I dunno if it was always like this, but I've upgraded my bag to 2 and there's no option to attach a flashlight.

Edit: Just upgraded to lvl3. Were flashlight upgrades always lvl3? I guess I'm so used to attaching them to my belt that I've just never used the flashlight backpack slot.

Same issue, hotbar disappears and I get error messages popping up constantly when attaching the bottle

I just noticed it might be related to Reorder The Hotbar mod, do you have the same mod Everynone?

Guys you are gonna need to post your mod list. I am not running into the issue. Just saying "Same issue" doesn't help me at all.

You dont need to disable Item Condition. There is a mod called "Item Condition Fix" that solves the hotbar issue. Download the mod and enable both "Item Condition" and "Item Condition fix" :)

I already tried the "Item Condition" and "Item Condition Fix", I disabled and enabled the "Reorder hot bar" mod and I am only using authentic Z backpack + and I still can't use the bottle option. Is there any other thing that has helped?

Could be a mod load order issue. Item Condition + Item Condition Fix 1000% fix the problem of a screwed up HUD when you attach bottle. If it's not mod load order, then it's some other mod conflicting i guess

I cant make a plastic bottle water attachable to my backpack. I can only make Pop Can attachable.

Hey yall, I know this is way late to this post but I just had the same issue, trying to attach a water bottle made the hot bar freak out. It took me about 30 minutes to fix it, most of that was googling to try and figure out known mod conflicts.

I narrowed it down to the Item Condition mod. I had removed several mods beforehand notably the Reorder the Hotbar mod which seemed like a potential conflict as well. After Item Condition was gone I was able to attach things to my bag normally.

I verified this by saving with a bottle attached to my bag and trying to re enable the Item Condition mod. Game crashed immediately. I then re added the other mods I had tested with beforehand, and everything is working smoothly. Whether this is a condition of my extensive mod list or an overall incompatibility I don't know

Also any time you add or remove a mod to your game it is good practice to hit the mod order button next to accept and re sort your mod load order before continuing.

I'm also having this issue. Playing B42. I've disabled all other mods other than AuthenticZ.

I have a L1 upgraded duffle bag with a bottle slot, but Gym Bottle, plain Water Bottle, and Coke Can all are NOT able to be added to the Bottle slot. I can't find anything that will go into the bottle slot actually.

I'm only running AuthenticZ the base mod that included both the outfits and the backpack upgrades.
