Hoplite locked in place after marking crate for extraction
I'm doing one of the "extract ADVENT crates" missions, and when I tell my hoplite to go over and flag one of the crates for extraction, she's locked in place after that. I can still give her orders, so long as she doesn't have to move, and Double Time does not broaden her movement radius past the single square she currently occupies. This persists between turns --- i.e., ending the turn does not restore her movement, nor does ending the turn after that.

I'll fully acknowledge that it could be interference from other mods, though I don't _think_ I have many non-cosmetic that are outside of the ModJam lists. I can confirm that no other soldier I've put on these missions has been movement-locked by flagging a crate for pickup, so at a minimum the Hoplite class seems to at least be _involved_ here.

I'll also note that I have the SHIV mod installed (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1527642618); I only note it because it's the only mod that seems to be interfering with anything, namely Configurable Headshots: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1273848330

(Yes, that's entirely cosmetic; I only note it because it's the only mod in my setup I'm _aware_ of causing interference with other mods. Entirely possible this is a red herring.)

I do have a save that can reproduce the problem, and I am a software developer by trade, so I'd be more than happy to help debug or diagnose as I'm able. However, I am not versed in the XCOM 2 mod development space, and I don't want to potentially jack things up further by randomly disabling mods during a tactical mission (i.e., "just do a binary search"), especially when the workaround is "use a different soldier."

I am very late but in case anyone ever sees this and has a similar issue, this is when you place a shield unit next to 3 different covers at once, he will lock himself in with his own built-in cover somehow. The only way to fix it is to use the TPS console command to teleport them out out of the "box" they are in.

It needs testing but it might even count if you surround him with XCOM units, IF there is another shield next to them. I remember only having a shield to my left, a guy to my right, and cover infront of me, and I got boxed in. Only the shield that was in the middle of all of that got stuck, the other shield user to the left was fine.

There could be other causes of this boxed-in issue but that's all I know about it.
