Voltaic shard?
I was wondering where and how I may obtain a Voltaic Shard. I appreciate the help.

They are absolutely obtainable, I got some just earlier today!

Look for the unique major dungeon on Superstorm Expanse planets, there's an Electric Golem type of enemy which can drop them.
