Apologies for not spotting this discussion sooner.
From the log, it looks like the patch my mod uses for Ideology is failing due to a conflict with another mod. Hard to say without additional testing, but I'd suspect Faster Biosculpter Pod is the mod causing it.
I'll try to look into this more when I get a chance.
