I was actually thinking about this, maybe adding attachments seperately and using crafting recipes to simulate adding them to the gun, the hard part would be if you wanted to take them back off
as for the m249 I would probably need to either make a 3d model or find some free one someone put out somewhere for anyone to use, as with most guns I would add

adjusting how the character holds it is the most painful thing ever, might be kinda strong, give me feedback when you get it. might be kinda expensive too, and rare.

I'd say you really have it covered already though.
Maybe some of that military grade AP and LV 5.7x28 ammo. Using OGRM in PZ it became quickly apparent that the real problem in a North American post apocalyptic scenario wouldn't be finding ammunition, it'd be finding the right ammunition. That was an interesting dynamic. Possibly overly complicated for this application, but interesting.

As for the mp5, that's doable, the mac10 I might skip because it's a bit redundant with the mp5 I'll probably add and the UMP45 I have added, depending on which caliber you were thinking it'd be in, but if it's not to much of a hassle I might throw it on the to-do list anyways,
As for the shotguns, I could do an automatic shotgun, but as for the saiga-12 I don't want to do several/tons of guns that are essentially the same thing, so I'd probably just pick the AA12 because I assume that's more available in the US than the USAS-12 is and it would be extremely rare like the m249 and m110.
While I could do an automatic pistol, there is no burst fire option when it comes to modding so making the beretta 93 would be impossible
and I've never even heard of the AWP-12 and a quick google search shows nothing, but I assume it's a .308 or .338 bolt action sniper rifle, I don't think I'd add that because the base game sniper rifle is essentially the same thing.
As for the fiveseven, it would be great if mechanics were in place for armor-piercing ammo or for guns that are better at piercing armor, but currently there are none, and without that the fiveseven becomes kinda useless mechanically in this game, 20 round mags are nice but the damage isn't really worth it, the 9mm pistol I added is already really low damage, I'd probably do slightly less damage than that a 5.7, and to me, if I got one it would feel like a waste of a rng roll for a pistol that could've been the glock 19 or the devs 1911
and aside from that I don't think ammo variation is worth the time, it creates a dynamic of making it harder to find the right ammo, definitely, but when you can craft ammo, I don't htink it's worth even getting into that, and when you make a gun it takes 1 type of ammo, in the case of the shotguns, I have two versions of the shotgun I added so far, one(and all the modded versions) that takes buckshot/basegame shotgun shells, and the other(and all its versions) that takes the slug shotgun shells that I added.
