Doesn't count the filtered water
In my bills where i collect water (from Barrel with faucet) the Bill dondt count my clean water in the storage (my pawns will endless collect water when i set it to a maximum quant in the bill).
The Barrel stored filtred water (and not raw water). aslong i didnt filtred the water they count the water (raw water)

Had the same issue - this worked for me: go into the bill for drawing or pouring the water. Then 'details', then 'Count additional items'. Make sure all the H2O types you are using are selected. You need to automatically select these for each bill.

Got similiar issue with Ice - It doesn't count in bills so when winter comes pawns are drawing water indefinitely

Found the error. i just had a water box on my grid, this gets automaticly normal water when connected (even when clean water is in the pipe), with this connected to your watergrid the counting for water breaks completely.

so dont connect it directly to your water grid. i had to connect it way befor so after the first filter, so it dosnt get clean water.
