two things I noticed first was the water well even when a bill suspend it will continue to keep drawing water so you have to delete the bill second if you place two water tanks next to each other it will turn the filter water back into raw water, deleting the second tank will remove this quickly. you can see the water changes in the water input and output information when the tank is selected.
