Mission 4 starts on the Aircraft carrier.

Your first tasking is to destroy 2 mobile SAM units which guard the two army bases on Artemis, discovered by the Special forces units you helped deploy in the last mission. The SF units have sent the GPS location of the SAMS to your flight computer. The best way to destroy the SAMS is follow the attack path which has also been uploaded into your flight computer by the strategists at command. Fly at Low level, below 450 feet, that way the SAM radars will not pick you up until you are within half a mile, fly fast and use mk-82 airs to destroy the Sams. You can try a high level approach but you will most likely have to evade a missile or two!

After the first strike you will return towards the carrier where your wing-man will join you. Your next tasking will be destroying one of the two army bases filled with various enemy units. There are no more missile threats so a high level stand off approach will be fine. Another flight will take care of the other base for you. On completion of this return to the carrier where you will be joined by a number of AV42's.

The final tasking is to protect the AV-42's as they land and capture the Artemis airbase from the rebels. You will need to destroy a couple of tanks which will approach the base from 3 possible directions (random). Destroy the tanks before they get too close or it will be mission fail. Once the enemy incursion is over land at Artemis, you have now captured this airbase.

There is no Air to air threat in this mission so load up with A2G weapons!!
