Report a translation problem
As for health/evasion, they're nerfed on levels (85-150) of their respective stats, to avoid health bloating on champions and to avoid unkillable sentinels. The mod page doesnt mention it, but if you reach lvl 200 on any stats, they'll get a huge boost to compensate sacrificing their other stats (As its fairly complicated to reach lvl 200 in any stat).
I'll post again when i test a little further about what you mentioned
