Report a translation problem
You should be able to either:
A. Place the sink, then attach a pipe to it (it snaps to the very bottom middle of the counter), then you'll need a flexible pipe to attach to your existing pipes that go to a water source. This is the way I use it myself.
B. The sink can snap to an existing pipe the same way ARK's tap does (it still snaps to the bottom of the sink structure though, so if your pipe is floating off the ground, the sink/counter will be floating too).
