Blueprint cabinet cant store

The blueprint cabinet cannot store anymore items even if it has plenty of space left.

I'm not able to recreate this issue. Is there a certain number of items the cabinet allows before they stop letting you put more items in?

It's actually random. I have 3 blueprint cabinet and tried them all. they can only place between 10 and 12 blueprints.
