Slomo audio only, fake delete vehicle fling.
From Dziwaczek Oliwaczek,

Both 0.25x and 0.5x gamespeed effects only slow down audio. No mod conflicts.

Fake Vehicle delete flings you away.

I'll get to testing these issues tomorrow after I'm home from work.

I did some testing and found out that you can replicate the fake delete vehicle fling glitch with any vehicle that has something attached to it, most of it is just excavation equipment, the big trailer truck and the smaller box truck but it will not work with normal cars, except if you add a plank onto it. When I attached a plank to a car it would get flung every time, the fling got weaker and weaker every time the plank got damaged and stopped happening when I broke the plank. I guess the glitch happens because of parts that are not fully connected with the main body of the car.

Thanks that will make this easier to find a solution too. I totally forgot to test it on a semi truck and stuff.

I've made the first version of the debug menu, I'll be uploading that tomorrow after I test it a bit more. Should help debugging the timescale issue. I haven't made progress on the fake vehicle fling effect.

I've added the debug menu so you can mess with timescale there, see if that works. Make sure to hit the override button (I keep forgetting :p)

Later today I'll see if I can make some progress on the vehicles.
how do i open the debug menu?
nevermind, i found it
i checked and for me the time only slowed down if the timescale was 0.1 and it stopped working when the gamespped effects activated

I just added that to test if using it that way works. The gamespeed effects override the timescale in the debug menu.

So nothing works except for 0.1?

Do other slomo mods work for you?

That’s really weird are you playing experimentel gameplay or normal or other versions ?
i think it might be something on my end and not the mod

That's why I'm wondering if other slo mo mods work or not. Because you're the only person so far with this issue. Not that I don't want to help you fix it of course. But it is rather hard to debug without any clear cause.

i have this mod and it works but i think the 0.9-0.2 speeds in teardown are way too similar to normal speed that you barely notice a difference

To test this theory you could try dropping things off of for example a balcony. Use a stopwatch to count the time to impact.

If correct it should obviously take longer the slower, if slomo doesn't work then it will stay the same.
