Compatability
Load Order and Compatibility:

- Faction leaders who are part of the new extremist factions added by AlphaAsh's Divided Loyalties function normally and will be able to rebel.

- The new factions added by Petruxa's Ethics and Civics Overhaul, as well as its many forks, are compatible.





- Works fine with Potent Rebellions. Planetary Rebellions in this mod will sometimes trigger the event from that mod to support the rebels, which is cool. Though, both mods add stability modifiers, so sometimes those can be a little unbalanced.

MrFunEGUY, do you happen to have a mega-mod which incorporates all your various neat political and diplomatic mods into one? If not, maybe that's a good idea - the ease of use could be good and maybe it would help keep compatibility & overwrite issues (if there are any) to a minimum. They all seem to relate thematically so a one-stop-shop could be neat. Just an idea.

No, I don't and that would be a huge hassle to keep updated. Ease of use for the users, sure, but definitely not for me haha.

Does anyone know how this mod interacts with mods that add/rebalance espionage operations? I've got espionage rebalance below this mod on my load order but I cant tell if theyre working properly together (all I know is your new operation is still available and steal tech is buffed by the other mod)

Edit: also what about mods that affect how the AI votes in the galactic council?

Does this interact with AlphaAsh's Banned? If not, maybe should it? Something where banned factions drastically increase the chance for them to immediately attempt to rebel?

Ohhh, this is a really good idea. I use Banned, so I like that. Definitely will be looking into implementing this in the future.

i hope that it becomes then a 1-time only Rebellion then while i love to have the Shroud i cannot stand the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Religous fanatics that hates Robots and nearly everything else.

and since the Banned thing removes the Ethic so that no Pop can have that it really should be just a 1-time Rebellion with the Fanatics.

Also, another compatibility suggestion: Vanilla Evolved that basicly completly redisings parts of the game. While it's mostly compatible, it opens opurtunities for some interesting aditions. Just a thought!

Why would you post this here, as well as in the comments? The amount of times you've posted this exact same copy-pasted message on my mods at the same time make you feel like a spammer and makes me not want to look into doing that at all.

Besides that, I'm pretty busy right now so even if I wanted to I don't have time to do compats right now when I have other things that are higher priority.

I'm going to give you the benifit of the doubt, and assume it's an accident. The way you said it was quite rude. You might want to try posting kindly
also, I was posting it on the mods that might have incompatibilities. That way, you would know which ones might need checking. Next time if I ever do something, I will just use this discusion, with a link to each of your mods that I would mention. Because this discusion is for all of your mods, aparently.

Just an f.y.i. for those who might wonder;

Tovius' Expanded Espionage and Diplomacy is not compatible with this mod. It's unfortunate, because both of these mods are well done.

What was your incompatibility experience? It seems relatively compatible from what I can tell, with only some small compats needed.

@MrFunEGuy I wanted to move over here so I didn't clog up the comments. I've moved Civil wars above ECC in the load order and I'm still not seeing factions spawn if they don't have vanilla ethics or seperatist demands. Do you have any other troubleshooting recommendations?

I forgot that someone actually told me how to fix this problem about 2 weeks ago in the bug report thread. I've just uploaded what I think should be the fix.

I forgot that someone actually told me how to fix this problem about 2 weeks ago in the bug report thread. I've just uploaded what I think should be the fix.


This worked, the ECC factions spawn now. However, they're able to spawn immediately. I know that's possible before the 10 year mark when you've got the parliamentary civic active or if you've made contact with an alien culture, but I haven't got either and the ecology faction spawned at the end of the first month. This may not be a civil wars thing but I didn't have it without civil wars so I wanted to give you heads up. If you'd like I can move over to bug reports since this may not necessarily be fit for this thread anymore.

It's not a bug, it's just how I like factions. They still don't give you Unity until 10 years in or unless you have the Parliamentary civic.
