this mod needs a whole series of mods, magic/shamanism/rigging/johnsons/familiars/AllTheGoddamnImplants xD
thinking about it - a bit of code from anima tree efficiency penalty for structures, combining that with a newly created value that's decreased with every implant in a body.....should actually be relatively easy to write (so far) and then add some skill-exp mechanic from RoM:Vampires with the magic from the magic mods for the detailed stuff like totem animals & granted spells... :D
