Working?

I can't seem to get any to show up. I have this and Alien Races, but I don't see any mod options in game for this one. Am I missing something?

The mod itself seems to work, it's just that the parts you expect to show up don't show up, you know, horns for the trolls, pointy ears for the orcs and elves, big teeth for the orcs and trolls
