Andresov.... please check that you have the most recent copy (although to be honest, I thought steam took care of that with automatic downloads) as that issue was corrected, shortly after you reported it.
I have posted a screenshot of my troops capturing the north point above the bridge after crossing up the mountain path on the winter version of this map which was made directly from this one...last screenshot. (made during validation of the winter map as I wanted to prove to myself that troops could cross there) OR....we are talking about totally different areas on the map!! in which case I need to talk to you so we can figure out exactly where you mean! :D
Next time I cross that way on the night map, I will post a few screenshots, that should tell us if we are talking about same area.

I finally saw what prevents the crossing of units through the mountain path. The north end of the path doesn't have any means of access. there's a small "step" that units consider to be a wall, you should try leveling the terrain a bit.
