Savegame Patch
The latest update has a built-in savegame patch which seems not to run for everyone for some reason.

If anyone has botched UI:
- get the file below
- put it in Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\run
- launch the game in debug mode
- on the console, click the left-most button, Run file, with the letter icon

This should reset some back-end stuff and fix the GUI bug
