Unsubscribe to all mods you have on steam(if you want to find them later, just favourite these mods!)
Delete the all of the mods in %ProgamFiles(x86)%\Steam\steamapps\workshop\108600
Delete appworkshop_108600.acf from Steam\steamapps\workshop folder
Delete the file "appworkshop_108600" in:
Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\steamapps\workshop
delete also the folder "108600" in:
Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\steamapps\workshop\content

(basically delete every mods in every mod location)

Restart Steam and resub to your favourite mods(or join a server and install server mods)
