BETA version of the mini injector is available.
Version 4.0.8. This version includes initiative tracking of the injected minis and a large facelift to the mini's edit UI. Red buttons are active, white are inactive. It's in a bag on the lower right side of the table if you're interested in trying it out. Please don't inject your main table with it yet as it's not fully tested.

On the minis.
Initiative settings are at the bottom of the edit menu.
'Initiative include' toggles whether the mini will be included in initiative rolls, this is on by default.
'Initiative mod' is used for rolling and breaking ties, 'initiative value' is used for manual entry.
Player characters always use 'initiative value' and don't roll automatically, NPCs can either roll automatically using the mod or be entered manually.

On the injector.
All of the injector's buttons and text are invisible to non-GM players, you must select Black(GM) color to use it.
'Reset' clears all active initiative values from the table and active minis. Minis that don't automatically roll have their initiative value reset to 100, the default value that must be changed when a new initiative is rolled.
'Refresh' finds minis that should be included in initiative and rolls it if necessary. Refresh only updates the injector UI and doesn't push anything into the notes, the GM can use this to make sure the right minis are part of the initiative before pressing 'Roll'. Refreshing is not required before clicking 'Roll', it's just a staging area. Minis which don't automatically roll and haven't entered a value yet will show up on top with their default 100.
'Roll' pushes any mock initiative values rolled during a refresh into the public notes and roll any new values needed. If there are minis that don't roll automatically and they haven't set their initiative yet they are listed in the notes section. While initiative is active you can use the 'Roll' button to push changes public, new minis, removing minis, etc. The forward/backward buttons go forward/backward in the active initiative.

Very cool mod. Much faster preparation for battle and health management.

It would be great if when an NPC dies, on the right of the screen in the initiative field, he would be removed automatically. Now, as I understand it, only "delete" or "hide" the model in the bag so that it disappears from the initiative list on the right of the screen.

And more importantly, some NPC models have fairly dark / acid colors. And their nicknames become the same in the initiative on the right. This is cool for Initiative player characters, but makes some NPC names unreadable unless additional color adjustments are made for each model.
Perhaps the best thing to do is
1) For players, leave it as it is.
2) For NPCs, make them all white.

1. That's a good idea. I can detect when an NPCs health is reduced to 0 during an active initiative and then automatically call for an update. Would automatically toggle 'initiative include' off for that mini.

2. Good idea. I'll make PCs take highlight color first if applicable, then regular color. NPCs can be white. Also i noticed the text around the whole initiative notes block is too dark, I'll lighten that.

This is great! I have 1 more idea. I remembered one case at the game when it was necessary to count the rounds. Since after "n rounds" something will happen and the battle will end.

Then when I needed it, I took the initiative token. I gave him a big modifier 30 that he was the first. And when the turn came to him, I changed his name to round 1, round 2 ...

It would be convenient if in the initiative notes block it would be possible to find out the current round of the battle.

But if it is difficult to implement, I think this is not the most important function =)

I can add a second line to the top of the initiative notes section that displays the round number without much issue.

The biggest thing is making sure there aren't any major bugs that I've missed. Once I'm relatively sure there aren't any I'll push it to everyone.

Please try weird circumstances and scenarios you can think of to break the tool or the minis.

- NPC characters will be automatically removed from initiative when dropped to 0 health.
