[Bug report] Gauss repeater and revolver penetrating reinforced walls

There's no error, but the coilguns from this mod are penetrating reinforced walls from VFE-S. As stated in the VWE-C description, they shouldn't. I was snooping around the documents of the mod and noticed that there isn't a Projectile_Stoppers file in the patches for VWE-F, unlike in VWE-C. Could this be the issue?
